AAs a key component of Solymatic France, with 11 engineers working in specialised areas, our R&D department is vital to ensuring that we continue to provide a high level of service.

Its goals are to:

• Find the latest technological innovations brought out by manufacturers and perform an exhaustive study of their features before they come to market,
• Model new solutions and hardware; produce product maintenance and training manuals,
• Develop diagnostic and maintenance tools,
• Recommend temporary solutions for product malfunctions and design replacement (or temporary) packages.

Each new product is assessed with a fine-tooth comb by our R&D department before it is used by the maintenance department.

They are purchased, taken apart and tested after stringent monitoring of manufacturers and the international market and only then entered into the procurement process.

Solymatic France has become the benchmark in each of the sectors in which it operates, forging a solid reputation among manufacturers who know the importance of meticulous maintenance.
