Our test platform in Caluire boasts more than twenty mock-ups of the latest automated banking systems of all makes, offering both a demonstration centre for our customers and a development, demonstration and training platform for our specialists, who can perfect their in-depth understanding of each automated system in real-life situations.

Our 45,200-ft² central warehouse, with its 10,000 parts and hardware references, means we can replace any faulty component immediately, regardless of make. Solymatic France stocks all brands and our early stock re-ordering system avoids any risk of stock outage.

This technical management tool, designed by Solymatic France, collects and analyses in real time all the data from all the equipment covered by a maintenance contract.
Aim :

  • see the operating status of the ATMs at all times on an agency-by-agency basis,
  • to foresee malfunctions and plan our maintenance procedures.

Identifying each make’s strong points and weak points helps to give us a forewarning of potential breakdowns, increase the number of available machines and plan ahead for maintenance that is fast and precise.
