Solymatic France's organisation

The head offices of Solymatic France are in Caluire, just outside Lyons, close to a large road network and high-speed train stations. The offices extend over more than 69,000 ft², and as well as housing the administrative and financial departments are also home to :

• The customer relations and call centre, and the security tracking PC,
• The technical support call centre,
• A logistics hub working in direct partnership with the laboratory (module repair shop) and with dynamic flow management including :
  22,500 repairable component references - 7,500 spare parts/consumables references - 30,000 references in total - 335,000 parts and assemblies covering a surface area of over 45,200 ft².
• An integration platform and a central R&D hub.
• A training team.

These central departments have a permanent link to regional branches :

• 8 regional agencies,
• 4 regional warehouses,
• 41 technical centres
• 66 delivery points and logistical storage sites providing a surface area of over 58,000 ft².

All of this combines to give a usable surface area of over 127,500 ft² and a nationwide network of 542 personnel including 433 technicians.
