We provide regular in-house product training programmes that give our personnel the advanced knowledge they need to keep pace with technological developments.

Each year, special training programmes are also added to cover areas such as knowledge of specific sectors and customer requirements, security for technicians in the banking sector, management, etc.

One in three members of personnel received training in 2006, representing almost 10,000 training hours in total for all of Solymatic France.
