- The 26 staff of the customer relations and call centre provide technical support to users, conduct telephone sales, and manage sales administration.
- The repair shop has 30 technicians and is split into four hubs : electronics, e-transactions, electro-mechanics and information technology. The repair shop deals with 120 repair orders per day.
- The warehouse/central logistics hub, with a staff of 18, distributes 70,000 parcels a year to our regional logistics centres.
- Customer data protection is guaranteed 24/7 in a cold site that uses two types of hosting: neutral and high added value (remote monitoring).
