Solymatic France was first established in 1980 by Crédit Agricole Centre-Est and Lyonnaise de Banque Groupe CIC, the two leading banks in the Rhone-Alps region; today it has grown to become an independent company with a supervisory board and a board of directors, and a long future ahead. Its capital of 1,650,000 € is held by the executive committee and private investors.

After focusing on its core business of third-party maintenance for banks, Solymatic France has drawn on its experience and ability to innovate in order to extend its activities to new markets, developing and managing a wide range of IT and technical solutions:
